How to let your team vote in meetings

Votes are activities you can add to your agenda. You can choose how much time you want to spend on the vote - if it's a quick decision or something the team needs to think on. You can title the vote however you want (and even add it in or edit it mid-meeting), and you have unlimited option fields to enter your choices. Once everyone has submitted their vote, the choices will be displayed anonymously and a winner will be clear (unless there's a dreaded tie). As a team at Sesh, we like to discuss why we voted on what we chose after, but it's really up to the team if they choose to reveal what they voted for.
